Operation

  1. Place food products in trays or place directly on conveyor.
  2. Set the correct baking temperatures/parameters.
  3. Set the speed of the conveyor belt. Start the machine.
  4. Periodically check temperature, humidity and timer and speed readings to ensure proper functioning of the oven.
  5. Check product if it’s thorough cooked when it comes out of the oven.
  6. Allow the product to cool and remove the product from the dryer

Routine Maintenance

  1. Clean the oven before and after use.
  2. Clean conveyors and trays after every use.
  3. Check electrical connections and make sure they are tight and sound.


Periodic Maintenance

  1. Check and service electrical motors according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
  2. Check belt tension and adjust where necessary.
  3. Check the heating elements and temperature sensors for functionality and replace or calibrate the sensors if necessary
